1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Bulk Product Updater application within your BigCommerce store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Bulk Product Updater ("the Service") provides tools to manage and update store inventory, including but not limited to prices, custom fields, categories, and brands. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your store credentials and access tokens.
• Ensure that all product updates comply with BigCommerce's platform policies.
• Perform regular backups of your store data. While our app uses official APIs, you are responsible for any changes made to your catalog.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to premium features requires a valid subscription:

• Payments are handled securely via our third-party processor (Paddle).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the app dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rofesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or inventory accuracy, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

6. Data Security and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard encryption and official BigCommerce OAuth protocols to ensure your data stays secure.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
