All subscription payments for Bulk Product Updater are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the app and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app dashboard. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You can resubscribe at any time
